Sony Integrates its BRAVIA Signage Displays with iRevo Software
Adding iRevo software into its BRAVIA displays eliminates the need for an additional, exterior media player, Sony says.
Japan-based multinational electronics giant Sony announces that it is enhancing the flexibility and functionality of its professional BRAVIA displays by adding iRevo digital signage software.
Mumbai-based iRevo’s software is a cloud-based system that will work seamlessly with BRAVIA’s Android operating system and will eliminate the need for an additional external media player, the companies say.
“As cloud adoption increases in every industry, we sought a provider who could bring those same benefits, including security, reliability, and ubiquitous accessibility, to our community of professional BRAVIA users,” says Mark Bonifacio, Sony’s head of education segment. “The iRevo integration for BRAVIA further supports Sony’s fundamental values of providing our customers with customizable solutions that support their business needs, while streamlining their workflow and addressing their largest challenges. The addition of the iRevo enterprise solution expands and differentiates Sony’s digital signage offerings, ensuring we have scalable options that meet a variety of customer requirements.”
