Florida Minuteman Press Franchisee Named Local Small Businesswoman of the Year
Gloria Jaracuso has owned the Pompano Beach Minuteman Press for more than eight years.
Farmingdale, New York-based franchisor Minuteman Press International announces that one of its franchisees, Gloria Jacaruso, who owns Minuteman Press in Pompano Beach, Florida, has been named Small Businesswoman of the Year by the Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce.
Jacaruso has owned the Pompano Beach Minuteman Press for more than eight years; the franchise itself has been around for nearly 40.
“Being a part of the community and participating in community events has always been a huge benefit of owning a Minuteman Press franchise,” Jacaruso says. “It’s always so rewarding to help local organizations who do so much to help our community and residents.”
More than 200 people attended the chamber’s annual Shining Stars luncheon, at which she received the award. Jacaruso called it “a lovely surprise.”
“Our entire staff took the afternoon to attend, along with my husband, our son, our friends, and of course, Jeff Robey and Mark Geller, our local Florida reps from Minuteman Press International,” Jacaruso says. “It was great to have everyone there and to be able to recognize the staff as well as the Minuteman Press International team for all they do to help support and grow my business.”
Gloria Jacaruso’s Minuteman Press franchise is located at 51 N. Federal Highway, Pompano, Florida, and can be reached at 954-942-4300.
Minuteman Press International notes that it was recently named a top franchise for women by Franchise Business Review.
