Q-Tees celebrates 20th anniversary of key team member
Carol Lozada, known for her dedication and drive, played a key role in shaping the company.

Carol Lozada, a longtime member of the Q-Tees family, is celebrating her 20th anniversary with the company. Lozada has played a key role in shaping Q-Tees over the past two decades. She began handling financial records and day-to-day bookkeeping, but her responsibilities expanded to include managing and supporting broader business operations.
“I joined the company as part of a new life chapter in Atlanta, and I’ve stayed because of the genuine respect, flexibility, and open communication with the owners,” Lozada said. “What I value most about working at Q-Tees is the opportunity to be part of an industry with such strong potential for growth and continued impact.”
Her influence extends beyond the company’s bottom line. Known for her dedication and drive, Lozada has made a lasting impression on her collogues as well.
“Carol is the one person who can balance the books, keep the operations moving, and keep all of us in line — usually with just one look,” said Shawn Teli, director of marketing. “She’s been the heartbeat of this company for more than two decades, and while everyone may be a little scared of her, we all know the truth: nothing would get done without her,” he added with a laugh.
Since its founding 35 years ago, Q-Tees has emphasized employees like Lozada, cultivating a workplace culture rooted in respect, transparency, and teamwork.
“My most memorable experiences have been those moments when collaboration helped us reach our goals together,” remarked Lozada. Her milestone is said to reflect the company’s commitment to both employee dedication and leadership support. When asked what advice she would give to someone new at Q-Tees, she said: “Be genuine, stay focused, and embrace being part of the Q-Tees family.”
