Laura Slovensky appointed Nekoosa graphics segment manager

Slovensky was promoted to the position after more than 15 years at Nekoosa.

Nekoosa Coated Products, a manufacturer of specialty print media, announced the promotion of Laura Slovensky to the role of segment manager – graphics.

In the role, Slovensky will be responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of initiatives within Nekoosa’s wide-format and application tape product lines, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, market growth, and customer engagement.

Slovensky brings with her a strong background and long tenure in the industry, having held several marketing positions over more than 15 years at Nekoosa.

“Laura’s deep expertise on our products, our partners, and our industry is an asset to Nekoosa, and her experience will be instrumental in advancing Nekoosa’s presence in the graphics market,” said Guy Leigh, president of Nekoosa. “We look forward to her contributions and her leadership as we continue to grow and strengthen our graphics segment.”

Slovensky holds a degree in communications, public relations, and business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and is a member of the National Paper Trade Association’s Emerging Leaders Network.
