McHale brings a strong background in operations and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams. With years of consulting and management experience, which includes time at corporations such as Starbucks and Ratner Companies, he’s eager to apply his leadership knowledge and commitment to excellence to serve the Northern Virginia community with signage installation services through True Install.
