Direct Color Systems (DCS), a provider in the direct-to-substrate UV printing industry, announced the opening of a new state-of-the-art facility in York, South Carolina. This multi-purpose location will serve as a showroom, demonstration center, and training facility, enhancing the company’s ability to serve customers throughout the U.S.
Located in the Charlotte Metro region, the new facility will highlight DCS’s UV printing technology firsthand. The showroom will feature a wide range of DCS’s direct-to-substrate printers, including UV-LED flatbed systems and solutions tailored for promotional products, ADA signage, wayfinding signage, industrial parts, and decor printing.
“This new facility marks an exciting chapter for Direct Color Systems,” said Tom Kaplinski, president and CEO at Direct Color Systems. “We’re committed to providing an immersive, hands-on experience for our customers. Customers can explore various applications, learn how to optimize print settings for different substrates, and receive insights into maximizing efficiency.
Strategic expansion
The new South Carolina facility is part of Direct Color Systems’ broader strategy to expand its presence as it expands its product offerings.
