Condé Systems Makes a Comeback With Soft Reopening
New President David McLean looks to rebuild the company and its offerings.
After its closure and sale earlier this year, Condé Systems announced that it is relaunching with a “soft open.”
The company has partially restocked and is now taking orders through its website.
“Currently, there are hundreds of products in stock, but that’s not close to the nearly four thousand products Condé previously offered,” said new President David McLean. “We want you to know that we’re working every day to bring in more products and continue to connect with the vendors. We are also working to improve the website.”
All customers will need to create a new account on the website — if they have not done so already. Accounts are reviewed and activated within a few hours. You can then place orders, and for products not in stock, select an option to be notified when they arrive. Many products are not showing on the website yet, and once Condé Systems has an agreement with a given vendor, they will activate these products.
The company is still adding phone and support staff. The phone lines are open during business hours, but may experience long wait times, or calls may go to voicemail. For faster responses, contact them via the website.
In addition, Condé Systems is now an authorized dealer for Epson and will carry F-Series sublimation printers, inks, and accessories.
