GMG Americas (GMG) has added to its North American commercial team with the appointment of Oscar Trevino, who joins the business as West Coast and Texas sales director.

In his new role, Trevino will oversee GMG’s sales and business development efforts in the West Coast and Texas, encompassing California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, and surrounding areas.

“We are thrilled to welcome Oscar to the GMG Americas team as our Sales Director for the West Coast and Texas,” says Paulo Monteiro, vice president of sales at GMG Americas.

Monteiro continues, “His extensive knowledge of the US printing industry and proven track record in customer service excellence make him a perfect fit for this role. As we continue to develop and evolve the ecosystem of connected GMG solutions, Oscar is primed to help our customers achieve more efficiency, precision, and confidence than ever before.”

Trevino brings decades of industry experience to GMG Americas, having previously held key positions in sales and management within the printing and graphics sector, most recently at Esko.

Trevino is equally excited about the opportunity, stating, “GMG is one of the most widely recognized names in color management and proofing, and almost every competitive printer worldwide knows its reputation. I’m delighted to join the GMG Americas team at a very exciting time in the company’s growth. I am passionate about helping our clients achieve their color management and proofing goals, and with GMG’s cutting-edge solutions, we can empower printing businesses to boost their operations.

He continues, “What excites me the most is how GMG platforms give printers more confidence in their color. It’s a story all about strengthening the print industry and what it can accomplish, and I look forward to being part of that.”
