Plaskolite LLC, a global manufacturer of engineering thermoplastics, announces it has signed an agreement to acquire Vycom, a subsidiary of The AZEK Company.
Based in Scranton, Pennsylvania, Vycom manufactures highly engineered Olefin and PVC thermoplastic sheets for the signage and graphics industry.
According to the company, with the acquisition, it will expand into new substrates and provide a broader product bundle to a complementary customer base.
The proposed transaction is expected to close Nov. 1, 2023.
