Everywhere Apparel Launches Closed-Loop Program

Everywhere Apparel, an apparel manufacturer dedicated to creating data-enabled sustainable materials, announces its launch of a closed-loop blank apparel program, with garments made of 100% GRS-certified recycled cotton.
According to the company, the mechanically recycled cotton uses no water and produces no microplastic pollution. Each shirt is equipped with a QR code enabling end wearers to receive a free mailer and send apparel back for recycling into new products.
“Everywhere Apparel exists to create maximum positive impact for the environment, which is why we chose to open source our closed-loop system free of charge and make the technology available to anyone interested,” says Irys Kornbluth, co-CEO at Everywhere Apparel. “By launching with a focus on the blank apparel industry, we ensure this approach to sustainability has the broadest possible reach.”
