Agfa, Durst, InkSoft, OrderMyGear, and Zing Manufacturing announce personnel changes

Agfa appoints Mike Horsten as global business manager for its InterioJet family of water-based inkjet printers for the flooring and furniture industries. The company looks to further its growth in this area with Horsten, who brings over 30 years of experience in marketing strategy and sales development to Agfa, most of them in inkjet printing solutions.

In his new position, Horsten performs market research, defines marketing and sales strategies, and helps enhance Agfa’s product roadmap. He also coordinates all global sales activities for InterioJet and manages key accounts in the industry. He will be based at the company’s headquarters in Mortsel, Belgium.

Durst appoints inkjet specialist Simon Cosh to UK and Ireland label business development manager. Cosh has 30+ years of experience in the print and graphic communications industry, including flexo, digital, and letterpress printing technologies.

In the role, Cosh works with the local sales, service, supply, and logistics teams and Durst Group headquarters staff based in Brixen, Italy. His responsibility covers the Durst RSC Tau UV inkjet single-pass press portfolio and Durst Workflow Label software and other integration packages.

Sister companies InkSoft and GraphicsFlow promote Michael Wolf to chief user experience officer (CUXO). As CUXO, Wolf is responsible for curating and maintaining a holistic user experience. With seven years of in-company experience, Wolf brings brand and technical insight to the role. First hired by InkSoft as a front-end developer and UI designer in 2014, he advanced into UX designer and then director of product development.

“The opportunity to work closely with customers and witness our products and services’ impact in real-time will provide invaluable perspective,” says Wolf. “Productive customers are happy customers. I can’t wait to dig into the entire customer experience to hone in on what’s working and what’s not.”

OrderMyGear (OMG), an e-commerce platform for the promotional products and team dealer industries, welcomes Sarah Goshgarian-Unruh as its senior director of business development. Goshgarian-Unruh joins OMG with 15 years of experience in the promotional products industry. She most recently served as the VP of sales at Logomark. Before Logomark, she was a global account manager with Proforma.

“I’m excited to have Sarah lead the charge in deepening our industry relationships and securing new partnerships with suppliers, brands, franchises, affiliates, and buying Groups,” says president Matt Kaplan. “Sarah’s work will help accelerate OMG’s mission to be the leader in connecting the group commerce industry with technology and will drive both client and OMG growth.”

Zing Manufacturing, the supplier of S’well products in the promotional products industry, announces the hiring of Bryan Mercer, Jen Kruger, Scott Hareid, and Garrett Blankenship.

SVP of sales Rich Corvalan says, “I am thrilled to reunite with these amazing sales professionals, all of whom I have worked with previously. I am excited to add this group to our existing sales team. They will bring an energy and excitement to Zing and S’well that has been missing in their respective territories.”
