American PERMALIGHT Inc. announces two new hires.

Alexis Hinckley and Maria Xavier join the company as sales and project specialists, both focusing on growing relationships within the life safety industries that the company supports.

Both new hires facilitate professional and organizational growth for customers while acting as accountability partners.

GroupeSTAHL promotes Josh Ellsworth to executive vice president of sales and marketing, North America. Previously, Ellsworth held the position of senior VP, dealer and enterprise, Stahls’. He has worked for GroupeSTAHL since 1998. Along the way, he has held various leadership and support positions.

CEO of GroupeSTAHL North America Carleen Gray says, “With his new position, Josh has added even more responsibility to his role at GroupeSTAHL. This includes responsibility for managing all GroupeSTAHL brands, direct sales and distribution channels, and deployment of sales resources in the organization. Josh will also continue to identify potential new markets through partnerships and new channels of distribution. As always, his main focus is making sure Stahls’ customers receive the highest level of customer care and satisfaction.”

HanesBrands promotes Maria Teza to senior vice president of the Champion brand in the United States, effective Sept. 1. Teza has more than 30 years in the apparel industry, with nearly 20 years at the company. During the last 10 years, she has led businesses across HBI’s activewear, basics, and intimates portfolio – most recently as VP and general manager of intimates.

Teza will play a key role in growing Champion into a global $3 billion brand as part of the company’s Full Potential plan.

“Maria is a dynamic, strategic leader who has a track record of building high-performing teams and delivering results,” says Jon Ram, group president of global activewear. “She will focus on forging deeper connections with consumers, creating compelling products, and expanding our channels.”

OrderMyGear (OMG), an eCommerce platform for the promotional products and team dealer industries, welcomes Adam Swearingen as the VP of sales. Swearingen leads the OMG sales teams and the company’s go-to-market initiatives for rolling out new features and products to clients. For 20 years, Swearingen has been involved in SaaS leadership, with his most recent position.

“I’m honored to join OMG and help build upon the solid foundation that has been developed over the years,” says Swearingen. “I’m ready to take on this new challenge and support our efforts in delivering profitable strategies that empower our clients and establish OMG as the leading technology solution within the industry.”
