Signmojo.com Declares Winner of 4th Annual Charity Donation Event
The contest drove record participation, with a total of 4,536 votes cast
Signmojo.com‘s fourth annual Charity Voting Contest drove record participation, with a total of 4,536 votes cast online between Nov. 4, 2020, and Dec. 17, 2020. This year, voters had to choose their favorite charity out of three nominees. The Frontline Hero Fund obtained 50.3% of the votes and won the $5,000 prize.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Frontline Hero Fund was established in April 2020 to provide monetary grants to frontline healthcare workers and their families affected by COVID-19 and experiencing economic need. To date, the organization has raised nearly $200,000 and served more than 15 families.
Unique to this year’s contest, signmojo.com’s parent company, Intersign Corporation, held two separate voting competitions—one for four of its flagship brands (signmojo.com, INTERSIGN, HealthcareSigns.com, and EvacuationPlans.com), and the other for HOTELSIGNS.com. The two contests combined garnered a record total of 9,606 votes, breaking last year’s total of 2,095 votes.
The other participating charities were Catch A Lift and the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation, and both will receive a $1,000 donation from Intersign Corporation. Signmojo.com sends its congratulations to the Frontline Hero Fund and extends its thanks to all nominees and voters for participation.
