The primary function of glitters is to add decorative value to an otherwise basic and dull design. For plastisol glitters, it is recommended to use a maximum mesh count of 40 (t/in), a high screen tension, and a 65-70 durometer squeegee. Implement a print-flash-print technique with a hard squeegee pressure. Glitter ink should be flashed at 230 degrees F and cured at 320 degrees F.
