Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More, a provider of custom apparel franchising, announced the latest independently owned and operated store in Fayetteville, Georgia. Domonique Downing, a former scientist at Coca-Cola with a doctorate in chemistry, owns the new store, which just opened its doors and is located at 1415 Highway 85N, near the intersection of Highway 85N and Pavillion Parkway.

“Domonique’s store is our sixth location in Georgia and our first in Fayetteville,” said Tina Bacon-DeFrece, president and co-founder of Big Frog. ”We’re proud to be partnering with an entrepreneur as passionate as she is. Domonique’s approach to business in her community aligns perfectly with Big Frog’s values and we’re excited for her to hit the ground running.”

Prior to her Big Frog ownership, Downing had extensive experience in sustainable packaging development. Her career at Coca-Cola focused on innovative solutions for reducing environmental impact, such as increasing recycled content and exploring alternatives to traditional plastics. Now, she’s eager to apply her expertise and passion for finding creative solutions to her new venture, offering custom apparel options to businesses, organizations, schools, sports leagues, and more in her community.

“After years of working in corporate sustainability, I felt a pull to create something with a more direct and positive impact,” said Downing. “My Big Frog franchise allows me to combine my passion for environmental responsibility with my entrepreneurial spirit. We’re excited to become a part of this vibrant community. Our goal is to provide a wide range of local businesses and organizations with a personalized experience for all their custom apparel needs. We offer a wide range of services and are committed to building strong relationships with our customers and becoming a valued resource in the area.”

In alignment with Big Frog’s community focus, Downing also is committed to fundraising efforts for nonprofits that support a wide range of outreach.

“We’re thrilled to be opening a business that allows us to make a positive impact on our community,” remarked Downing. “We’re passionate about being locally owned and supporting our local community. We look forward to building a successful business that contributes to the Fayetteville area.”
