STAHLS’ Fulfill Engine is expanding its network fulfillment capabilities with the addition of dye sublimation for apparel, launching in partnership with Vapor Apparel.

The addition introduces spot sublimation decoration for performance garments, expanding Fulfill Engine’s digital print capabilities. To support the launch, Vapor Apparel’s lineup of performance apparel styles are now integrated into Fulfill Engine specifically for network decoration.

“Vapor Apparel was built around one core principle – engineer blanks for the high heat of digital printing, specifically sublimation,” said Jackson Burnett, president of Vapor Apparel. “Bringing our sublimation-certified styles to the STAHLS’ Fulfill Engine platform ensures decorators can access garments designed for color vibrancy, consistency, and production reliability at scale. We’re proud to align with a partner that shares our commitment to innovation and operational excellence.”

Dye sublimation now joins the portfolio of decoration methods available within the Fulfill Engine platform, including DTF, DTG, embroidery, screen printing, UV printing, UV DTF, engraving, and LIQUID 3D.
