Through its long-standing manufacturing partnership with AZ Textiles, Q-Tees is reaffirming its commitment to responsible manufacturing by investing in programs that support the well-being of more than 500 factory employees in Pakistan.

According to the company, rather than viewing employee welfare as simply an initiative, Q-Tees and AZ Textiles see it as an essential part of how quality products are made. The companies work together to foster a workplace built on respect, safety and appreciation, recognizing that a strong manufacturing operation begins with supporting the people behind it.

Throughout the year, every factory employee receives a daily lunch, emergency assistance is available for workers facing unexpected hardships, and major holidays are celebrated with special breakfast gatherings and lucky draws featuring electronic appliances and other gifts. These ongoing programs are designed to promote a positive workplace culture while recognizing the contributions employees make every day.

“At Q-Tees, we believe quality products begin with the people who make them,” said Shawn Teli, marketing director for Q-Tees. “Our partnership with AZ Textiles reflects our shared commitment to creating a workplace where employees are treated with respect, supported through meaningful programs and recognized for their contributions.”

“For Q-Tees, responsible manufacturing extends beyond the products themselves. It means working alongside partners who share the company’s commitment to employee well-being, workplace safety and long-term investment in the people behind the brand,” stated the company in a press release. “By continuing to prioritize these values, Q-Tees and AZ Textiles are helping build a manufacturing culture where employees feel supported, appreciated and empowered to succeed.”
