CUTWORX USA, JDS Industries, MUTOH, and Propelled Brands announce personnel changes

CUTWORX USA announces the promotion of Raum Divarco to general manager. In Divarco’s time with CUTWORX USA, he has led its engineering and product management initiatives for flatbed cutter platforms.

Divarco has industry experience in field technical services from multiple industries and segments, including flexo converting, screen printing, digital finishing, and CNC fabrication/design.

His previous management roles with a large-format PSP give him an overall understanding of improving customer service, process implementation, and application services.

JDS Industries announces two new hires and three promotions.

In June, Connor Abbas and Sanil Khamkar joined JDS Industries as e-commerce developers in the IT department. Abbas has over two years of experience in web design, making custom tools, web interfaces, and applications. Khamkar comes to the role after recently earning his master’s in computer science and comes to JDS with two-plus years of web development experience.

The company promotes Megan Rolfson to the position of accuracy specialist, Ashley Phillips is promoted to a buyer within the purchasing department, and Teri Bruce to credit analyst in the accounting department.

Rolfson began her career at JDS in September 2011 in customer service and was promoted to customer service fabrication specialist in 2017. Phillips started with JDS in customer service in 2019 and was promoted to accuracy specialist in the transportation/purchasing department in September 2020. Bruce joined JDS in January 2015 in customer service and has spent most of her time with JDS as a collections representative.

MUTOH America adds procurement specialist Ronald Zuniga to its Phoenix, Arizona, team. Zuniga is responsible for purchasing, inventory control, assisting with order processing, and receiving supplies and parts. His purchasing/customer service background began in the aerospace industry, working as a contractor for Boeing and McDonnell Douglas.

“Everyone has different traits and personalities,” Zuniga says. “It’s important to communicate effectively with all types of people because each member of the team brings something to the table. For me in my work, the most important aspect is making sure everyone is satisfied, and any possible issues and concerns are resolved.”

Propelled Brands appoints Jim Howe as the brand president of NerdsToGo, a solution provider for computer and IT services provided by franchisees. Howe brings over 30 years of experience in franchising, both as a franchisee and a franchisor.

For the past 11 years, Howe has been part of the FASTSIGNS International team, beginning his career as a business consultant in January 2011 and being promoted to several roles along the way.
