Koozie Group shared the release of its sixth-annual Keep It. Give It. Social Impact and Sustainability Report, marking another year of meaningful strides toward its goals.

Launched in 2020, the Keep It. Give It. program centers around three key pillars: empowering people, environmental stewardship, and safety and social responsibility. Each year, the report highlights Koozie Group’s major milestones and sets ambitious goals for the future — and 2025 was no exception.

2025 Highlights

Koozie Group stated, “We’re excited to celebrate several major achievements made possible by the hard work of our team,” which included:

  • Added 450 items made or assembled in the USA under the Garyline brand, further strengthening the industry’s largest domestically produced portfolio.
  • Achieved 100% international supplier sign-off on its amended supplier agreement, including Code of Conduct benchmarks.
  • Completed a SMETA 4-pillar audit across all six domestic sites, measuring labor standards, health and safety, environmental performance, and ethics.
  • Reduced workers’ comp claims by 52%, building on a 50% reduction the year prior.
  • Transitioned to products that do not contain intentionally added PFAS.
  • Expanded the goingreen designation to more than 150 products.
  • Provided over $42,500 in tuition reimbursement and honored 281 employees for 20+ years of tenure, including one 60-year milestone.
  • Contributed over $329,000 in cash and in-kind donations to local and national nonprofit organizations.
  • Celebrated the graduation of two more service dogs, Daphne and Bodie, from its first sponsored litter with 4 Paws for Ability.

Looking ahead: 2026 & beyond

The company has also set future-focused goals to expand its impact in the coming years, including:

In 2026:

  • Support one family’s journey to receiving a life-altering service dog through 4 Paws for Ability.
  • Partner with community programs at each location that reflect employees’ passions and address local needs.
  • Launch an annual employee survey to help make Koozie Group an employer of choice across all its locations.
  • Map Tier 1 raw material suppliers who provide the inputs for its manufactured goods.

By 2027 & beyond:

  • Earn an EcoVadis Silver Medal.
  • Grow the goingreen designation to represent at least 50% of its entire portfolio.
  • Calculate and publish the carbon footprint of every product we offer, one site at a time, with the first phase completed by the end of 2027.
  • Conduct desktop audits of Tier 1 raw material suppliers and begin mapping Tier 2 suppliers.

“Choosing the right partner means more than finding the right products. It means knowing who you’re doing business with,” said Pierre Montaubin, CEO. “That discipline comes from experience: 275+ of our employees have been with us for 20 years or more, including one associate who just marked 60 years with Koozie Group. Keep It. Give It. isn’t a slogan for us; it’s how we operate. We’re proud of what we accomplished in 2025, and we’re laser-focused on earning that trust again in 2026.”
