Sioux Falls, South Dakota-based JDS Industries, a supplier of components to the sign and graphics, sublimation, awards, and gifts and promotion markets, announces the promotions of Dana Keller and Sara Thompson in its fabrication and assembly department.

Dana Keller was promoted to the position of fabrication and assembly manager. Keller first joined the JDS fabrication team in May of 2011. Since that time, he has learned every aspect of the fabrication and assembly area and at the time of his promotion was the fabrication supervisor, according to the company. “Keller’s commitment to excellence, team growth, and development has made him a great asset to the fabrication team and we look forward to those qualities continuing on into his new role,” JDS Industries says in a press release.

Sara Thompson was promoted to the position of fabrication and assembly supervisor. Thompson received her BA degree with an emphasis in graphic design from the University of South Dakota. She has been with the JDS Industries fabrication department for three years, taking on roles in laser operation, direct print, graphics coordinator, and new product testing. “Working hands-on with JDS products and machines has helped build a wide knowledge base that makes her a ‘go-to’ for assisting customers with technical questions, and gives her the skills to oversee our diverse, busy production area,” says the company.
