According to the company, Crio – utilizing OKI’s white toner technology foundation in its printers – focuses on a “customer success first” approach in its support strategy.
Jim Tenholder, president of Imaging Supplies Warehouse, the master distributor for Crio, explains, “Whether the issue is the printer or something in the process, the Crio technical support staff with help the customer determine the issue and resolve it.”
Crio’s support program, called CrioCare, includes a support website featuring content for Crio owners with helpful tools like getting started videos, training classes, marketing kits, profit guides, how-tos, and a forum community monitored by industry experts to give advice.
The initial offering from the Crio brand includes the 8432 and 9541 white toner printer models. Crio has plans to expand this offering, along with other products, in the near future.
