Grimco Acquires UK-Based Pyramid Display Materials
According to the company, this acquisition provides Grimco with four locations throughout the U.K.
Grimco Inc, a wholesale sign supply company, announces its acquisition of U.K.-based Pyramid Display Materials Ltd, a supplier to the sign and display industry specializing in large-format print, signage, and vehicle graphics.
“Grimco is very excited to expand our business overseas. We have a strong presence in North America, but the purchase of Pyramid Display Materials allows us to diversify and grow into an entirely new market. We are confident this acquisition will provide future opportunities for Grimco to expand into Europe and beyond. We look forward to working with and learning from Pyramid and their customers,” says Keith Pittillo, co-CEO of Grimco.
According to Grimco, this acquisition provides it with four locations throughout the U.K. — Manchester, Gateshead, Castleford, and Birmingham.
