Gallery: Ricoma Moves to New Florida HQ

Ricoma Embroidery Machines begins its transition to its new-constructed headquarters in Medley, Florida.

MIAMI-After two years of construction, Ricoma Embroidery Machines begins its transition to its new 58,000-square-foot headquarters in Medley, Florida, just 10 minutes north of its current location. The facility houses all Ricoma employees, as well as its machinery.

“This is yet another milestone inked in the company’s history and will be the springboard for the next chapter of growth that’s to come,” says Henry Ma, Ricoma COO.

The building includes a two-story, open-concept workspace; a showroom open to customers; and two warehouses with space for testing, preparing, and shipping Ricoma’s machines. With one side of the building entirely made of glass windows, Ricoma says the open floor plan pushes for employee cohesion and collaboration.

The showroom is designed to let customers browse products and receive machine training. The facility also features multiple conference rooms, private offices, and a media room to produce better-quality YouTube tutorials and higher-quality product visuals for its website and brochures. Other highlights include a marble entrance, automatic standing desks, interactive conference TV screens, and modern meeting spaces with charging ports.

Frank Ma, Ricoma’s CEO, says the new building offers a “beautiful work environment” for its employees and features special touches to serve its customers.

Ricoma hopes to generate and promote productivity, as well as motivate and boost company morale with the strategically thought-out facility.
