Fully Promoted appoints new brand president
Walter Miska, former franchise owner & regional VP, succeeds Andrew Titus, who transitions to president of United Franchise Group.

Fully Promoted, a branded apparel and promotional products franchise, has named Walter Miska as its new brand president. Miska is a former Fully Promoted franchise owner and regional vice president. He succeeds Andrew Titus — the youngest son of Fully Promoted founder Ray Titus — who was appointed president of Fully Promoted in late 2022 and led the brand through a significant growth period that included its 25th year in business.
“We are super excited to welcome Walter back to the Fully Promoted family,” said Andrew Titus. “As we made this decision, we ultimately wanted someone who has a proven track record of business ownership experience and can take the momentum we’ve built to the next level. I couldn’t be more confident in Walter, and I’m excited about the brand’s trajectory as we continue investing in the resources and people needed to grow it further.”
Miska has deep roots in Fully Promoted as well as United Franchise Group (UFG), a global affiliate network of brands, including Fully Promoted. Miska first became a Fully Promoted franchise owner in 2005 and grew his location into one of the top-performing businesses in the system, earning recognition including induction into the Hall of Fame, the President’s Award, and the Extraordinary Mentor Award.
He later returned to UFG as a regional vice president, where he led a team of regional managers and worked closely with franchise owners across multiple brands on growth, development, and business performance. Most recently, he helped build a franchise in the culinary staffing industry, adding to a career that also includes launching and growing several businesses as an entrepreneur. Overall, he brings 20+ years of experience in franchise leadership, business ownership, and franchise development.
“It is an honor to be appointed President of Fully Promoted, a brand I am deeply passionate about and that has played such an important role in my career,” said Miska. “Fully Promoted is an outstanding brand that has continued to thrive in recent years — a direct reflection of Andrew’s innovative and strategic leadership, the team he has built, and the dedication of our franchise owners; many of whom I’ve had the pleasure of working with over the years. I’m looking forward to reconnecting with many of them and learning more about what’s working well across the brand today.”
With Miska taking the helm of Fully Promoted, Andrew Titus will fully transition into his role as president of UFG, a position he was appointed in January as part of an executive realignment at the company. He will remain involved in the strategic growth of Fully Promoted as Miska’s direct report.
“We’re thrilled to have Walter back in the UFG family,” said Ray Titus, chairman and CEO of UFG. “Andrew will remain involved with Fully Promoted as he oversees the growth strategies for all our UFG brands, and he and Walter have built a strong working relationship over the years. We’re confident this will be a smooth and natural transition, and we’re more excited than ever about the future of Fully Promoted.”
