Brand Management Group named distributor of Berger Textiles

As Berger Textiles' master distributor for North America, BMG expands it's product selection & distribution network.

Brand Management Group (BMG), a global brand licensing company and subsidiary of S-One Holdings Corporation, announced its new partnership with Berger Textiles, a provider of textile solutions since 1849.

BMG has partnered with Berger Textiles as its master distributor for North America. Berger Textiles is part of Spandex Group’s family of companies.

“Our partnership with Berger Textiles expands our offerings in North America and strengthens our commitment to elevate the business opportunities for print providers,” stated Patrick Callaway, vice president, BMG Sales. “Resellers and end users who were previously buying product directly from Berger Textiles will experience a seamless transition backed by our personal service and technical expertise when they buy from BMG.”

“This collaboration brings value to the entire market — empowering current resellers with a proven, globally respected textile brand, and enabling end-users to access a wider range of high-performance solutions designed to meet their needs,” said Andrew Coulsen, chief executive officer, Spandex Group.

According to the companies, through this agreement, BMG will:

  • Provide customers with access to Berger Textiles’ full line of proven textile products.
  • Strengthen opportunities for printing businesses to grow in soft signage, decor, and display applications.
  • Offer reliable distribution and support through our North American network.
