Zünd Calls UK Open House a Success

More than two dozen companies attended, Zünd says.

zund_275x275Zünd UK Ltd., the British division of the Switzerland-based manufacturer of digital table cutting equipment and supplies, says that its recent two-day open house event at its dedicated demonstration suite in St. Albans was a success.

The company hosted the event to give visitors the chance to learn about the range of Zünd cutting systems and how they could benefit their businesses. The company says Zünd UK companies from a variety of sectors –  including graphics, packaging, textiles and aerospace – attended the open house event, held in mid-November.

Zünd UK’s new managing director, Nicki Kay, hosted the “Open Days” and other key Zünd staff were also on hand to answer questions and discuss the multitude of options available to new and existing customers.

Zünd says because its digital cutting systems are all based on a modular design, each customer can be sure they can select the perfect configuration to meet their needs-both upon installation and in the future-with upgrades, changes to modules and new tool installations possible at any time.

“The Open House offered our customers the chance to see the renowned Zünd cutting technology in action in a relaxed setting and discuss exactly how the machines could help boost their production processes,” says Kay. “Visitors from more than twenty-five businesses attended the event and we have already received orders and upgrades following the showcase.”
