PHOENIX-Workhorse hosts a two-day screen printing workshop at company headquarters in Phoenix Dec. 10-11. Screen-printing educator and industry veteran Terry Combs hosts the session and covers multiple aspects of the process.

The two-day class walks attendees through everything from the basics of terminology and equipment to the actual process of printing on T-shirts. Other topics covered during the session include squeegee-pulling techniques, how to set up a multicolor job, tips on plastisol inks, and advice on art preparation.

In addition to screen-printing basics, Combs discusses business management topics with attendees like how to start a business and ways to gain customers.

The class runs 9 a.m.-4 p.m. both days and costs $395 for the first student. Additional students can be added for $195. The facility is located at 3730 East Southern Ave. in Phoenix, roughly six miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
