Vycom Parent Company Undergoes Corporate Rebranding
The company says the rebranding is meant to put extra emphasis on its building product lines.

CPG International, the parent company of Scranton, Pennsylvania-based Vycom, makers of graphic and display materials, announces a corporate rebranding and a new name: The AZEK Co.
The company’s three divisions-AZEK Building Products, Scranton Products and Vycom-all convert recyclables into a diversified suite of products.
The company says that driving the rebranding is its decision “to disrupt the nearly $2 billion wood deck and railing industry by concentrating on its leading, premium offerings and diversifying its portfolio through strategic acquisitions of other offerings in adjacent categories.”
The AZEK Co. is headquartered in Skokie, Illinois, and also has manufacturing facilities in Pennsylvania and Ohio. It is also expanding its reach in the U.S. and Canada through the hiring of regional sales associates.
