The Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center in Long Beach, California, hosts THE NBM B.I.G. SHOW Thursday, July 14-Saturday, July 16. Registration for the event is free when you register in advance and includes: entrance to the exhibit hall for all three days; unlimited training by exhibitors; and admission to The BASH! networking event on Friday, July 15.

THE NBM B.I.G. SHOW (B.I.G. is an acronym for “Best In Graphics”), lets everyone know it is slightly different than the other NBM events because there are more exhibitors showcasing more products and more buyers visiting the show.

NBM Events have been produced at the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center for more than 20 years,” says Sue Hueg, vice president of NBM Events. “It’s a great location and a special venue. We always look forward to this event and especially want to welcome back our long-time guests and invite new friends to visit THE NBM B.I.G. SHOW in 2016.”

From 10 a.m.-5 p.m. on Wednesday, July 13, Equipment Zone hosts, “Being Successful with Epson Direct-to-Garment Printing: A Course for Owners and Would-Be Owners.” This seminar features a discussion of the direct-to-garment process including tips on how to keep direct-to-garment machines running at maximum production. Laser engraving equipment manufacturer Epilog will also have their Epilog Personalization Station on hand and running for attendees.

“Attendees will enjoy this B.I.G. opportunity for a mid-year check-in with existing suppliers, along with a chance to research new technologies and revenue streams,” says Dave Pomeroy, vice president of publishing and markets for Broomfield, Colorado-based National Business Media.

The training schedule on July 14 features dye-sublimation technique demonstrations by Roland DGA and tips on how to profit from both long- and short-term production runs using UV-LED printers, taught by Direct Color Systems.

Training on July 15 and July 16 covers topics including working with photos in Photoshop and tracing logos in CorelDRAW, taught by JDS Industries; and profiting from printing magnets, taught by Magnum Magnetics.
