The M&R Companies Makes Crain’s 2019 Most Innovative Companies List
The business publication says it took note of the company's six patents awarded in the past year.
Roselle, Illinois-based screen printing equipment manufacturer The M&R Companies makes the 2019 list of Crain’s Chicago Business Most Innovative Companies. The news outlet annually profiles Chicago-area businesses in an extensive set of industries.
This year’s list spans the gamut from categories like medical supplies and packing materials, to software and industrial equipment, like M&R’s machinery. The list points out that in addition to recent developments, the company has developed six patents in the past year. David Blake, vice president of sales, comments in the article that the company continues to focus on merging digital technology with screen printing.
“Our job is to continue to innovate,” Blake states in the report. “Every one of these patents is about efficiency.”
The 2019 list includes 20 companies from the Chicago area.
