Instructables.com and Epilog announce that the Epilog Challenge X opens January 7. This is the 10th installment of the challenge. Participants are encouraged to make and share anything they like, as long as it stands out and has top-notch documentation to go along with the build. Those who compete have a chance to win a 30-watt Zing 16 from Epilog, along with various other prizes for the runners-up.

“Instructables.com is a community of makers, DIY-ers, and other enthusiasts who share their how-tos for all kinds of projects,” states Amy Dallman, Epilog. “Really, it’s about sharing ideas and designs, and inspiring others to create.”

Dallman adds that those entering the contest can make anything they want, as long as they submit detailed documentation/project instructions. “We highly recommend searching for past Epilog Challenge contests to see the type of Instructables that were submitted as well as the winning entry – there are great variances in theme, complexity, materials, etc.,” she advises.

There’s no cost to enter, but those interested in submitting an Instructable(s) must first register and create an account with Instructables.com. Entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. PT on April 1, 2019/7:59 a.m. GMT on April 2, 2019.
