SAYVILLE, N.Y.-The Sustainable Green Printing Partnership (SGP) names two new members to its board of directors, and announces two reappointments. SGP names Joe Stapley and Nicole Papadakis as new board members and extends existing board members Lynn Krinksy and Brett Thompson’s terms for an additional three years.

The board members’ affiliations are as follows:
Joe Stapley, Noble Environmental Technologies (ECOR)
Nicole Papadakis, North American Plastics
Lynn Krinsky, Stella Color

“As SGP sharpens our focus on creating a more sustainable future through certification of print facilities, we welcome the addition of Joe and Nicole to our board,” says Lynn Krinsky, chair of SGP’s board of directors. “Their experience and expertise in strategic supply chain management and work on sustainable solutions for print will strengthen SGP’s ability to positively impact the sustainable production and use of print.”

SGP anticipates a set of more than 100 certified sustainable printers in 2018. The organization says it also aims to continue its “drive toward a fully sustainable future for the print industry.” The partnership certifies printers who comply with environmental best practices and conducts conferences, training sessions, and seminars to educate companies about forming sustainable supply chains.
