SAi Promotes Gudrun Bonte to Vice President of Product Management

Bonte has been with SAi for more than 12 years and has extensive knowledge of its portfolio, the company says.

bonteSalt Lake City-based SAi (SA International), a provider of software solutions for industries including sign-making, large-format digital printing and CAD/CAM for machining, announces the promotion of Gudrun Bonte to vice president of product management.

Bonte has been with SAi for more than 12 years. The company says that over that time she has gained a wealth of experience in product management and development. Since 2014 her title has been product director.

In her new role, Bonte will assume responsibility for both the internal and external development of SAi’s software packages, including Flexi sign and EnRoute. Leading a team of product managers, Bonte’s duties also include the advancement and implementation of new product strategies, as well as the supervision of all software development activities.

“I want to continue to research and develop new ground-breaking tools that help build our customers’ businesses,” says Bonte. “To ensure this is achieved, I’m keen to maintain the focus on nurturing our technical product management culture that strives for innovation and out-of-the-box thinking. It’s this approach that has enabled SAi to be a leader in the sign and print markets for many years.

“Additionally, having recently published impressive milestone figures for SAi’s software-by-subscription initiative, I want to make sure that our solutions portfolio has what it takes to continue to meet the needs of users and drive profitable growth for their businesses.”
