Irvine, California-based wide-format printer, cutter and engraving machine manufacturer Roland DGA has been recognized as one of of the top places to work for the sixth year by its largest local newspaper, the Orange County Register.
The list of top workplaces is based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. “We’re thrilled to be named one of Orange County’s top workplaces for a sixth time,” says Rick Scrimger, president of Roland DGA. “Consistently receiving this kind of recognition reflects Roland DGA’s dedication to its employees and our work environment. While we are committed to continuously providing our customers with high quality products and world-class service and support, we have a lot of fun doing it. That makes Roland DGA not only a successful company, but also the kind of workplace you look forward to coming to every morning.”
