Irvine, California-based Roland DGA, the U.S. division of the Japan-based printer company, announces that it is bringing its two-day “Born to Wrap” workshop, called “Basics & Beyond,” to Ohio for the first time. The event is scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday, Sept. 10-11, at Trigon Imaging Solutions in Milford, Ohio.

Roland says that leading the course will be veteran wrappers from Louisville, Kentucky-based Digital EFX.

Roland says its Basics & Beyond course is ideal for new wrap business owners and installers, as it provides a thorough overview of the vehicle wrap process as well as strategies and best practices for running a successful wrap business. In addition to learning valuable tips and tricks from some of the most experienced wrap specialists in the industry, attendees receive instruction on getting the most out of the wide-format digital printers that Roland makes that are widely embraced by wrap shops.

“These workshops are ideal for anyone seeking to learn the ins and outs of vehicle wrap,” says Matt Richart, co-owner of Digital EFX Wraps. “Within the course of just a couple of days, attendees can acquire the kind of knowledge and technical expertise that took us many years to acquire in the field. We combine classroom education with hands-on instruction in a ‘real world’ shop environment to deliver a truly unique learning experience. Attendees walk away with a wealth of skills and knowledge they can begin applying immediately within their own workplaces.”
