Independence, Ohio-based Proforma Group, a global distributor to the printing and promotional products industry, announce Michelle Dalton as its new senior operations consultant.

In this newly-created position, Dalton will manage the operational side of Proforma’s support team, where she and her team will be instrumental in working with clients to analyze and fine-tune their business processes, organizational structure and operational efficiencies.

Dalton brings with her 11 years of experience on both the affiliate and supplier side of the industry, with expertise in success coaching, new business development and order management processing. Her previous role at Adventures in Advertising grew her skillset as the main point of contact with their affiliates for strategy development, execution and process improvement, her new company says.

“We are thrilled about the extraordinary leadership experience and operational expertise that Michelle has brought to Proforma,” says CEO Vera Muzzillo. “Our coaching and support teams are a key part of the differentiators at Proforma, resulting in a record-breaking number of our owners (clients) being honored on lists of fastest-growing distributors. We are confident that Michelle’s extensive background in our industry will prove to be an invaluable resource to our Owners.”

Proforma says that Dalton’s addition to the company comes at a period of strong growth and industry recognition for the affiliate network. In the past year, the company has announced its largest-ever single contract and a record number of million and Multi-Million Dollar Club members.
