Penn Emblem Renews National Women’s Business Enterprise Council Certification
Learn more about this special certification for women-owned businesses.

Penn Emblem renews its National Women’s Business Enterprise Council (WBENC) certification for 2018. The company currently holds eight years of WBENC certification.
The WBENC is a non-profit organization that evaluates businesses owned, controlled, and operated by women and focuses on fueling economic growth by certifying those businesses. Penn Emblem’s operational and management departments feature multiple women-led teams, including Randi Blumenthal-Joseph, president of the company since 2010.
“We encourage and support women to be outstanding in their careers,” comments Blumenthal-Joseph. “Here at Penn, many women are in leadership positions and contribute to the success of our business every single day.”
To receive WBENC certification, companies undergo an in-depth review of the business and a full site inspection.
Penn Emblem accepted 2017 certification after a thorough review by the organization in September 2016.
