Penn Emblem promotes Angelica Trejo to direct embroidery customer support lead. Trejo comes to the role after serving as customer support specialist in the company’s direct embroidery department. She has been with the company since 2012.
“Trejo has innovated Penn Emblem’s direct embroidery processes to better production and is looking forward to using her expertise to grow the department,” according to company officials.
In her new role, Trejo says she intends to focus on cross training, and help the direct embroidery department grow.
