Penn Emblem appoints Zulma Gutierrez as customer support manager. Gutierrez serves as manager from the company’s Mira Loma, California facility.
As customer support manager, Gutierrez manages, leads, and consolidates all customer channels into a single cohesive service team according to Penn Emblem. She comes to the role with more than 13 years of experience, including a stint as a call center supervisor for Avid Identification Systems. Gutierrez also holds a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science from California State Polytechnic University.
