Leah Schmid joins Heat Transfer Warehouse as customer service representative. She is responsible for customer care including: answering live chat messages, assisting customers via phone and email, opening and reporting returns, and following up with customers to thank them for their purchase or stopping by the company booth at trade shows.
Prior to entering this position, Schmid earned her degree in English from North Dakota State University. She says, “I hope to turn upset customers into happy ones. I want to create relationships with each customer so they feel like they can trust us.
“I also want to help come up with new ideas to make information clearer on the website for customers.”
