The parent company’s other two Nekoosa business units are RTape Corp., which is located in South Plainfield, New Jersey; and CET Films Corp., which is based in Lakewood, New Jersey.

Nekoosa Coated Products was acquired by Wingate Partners of Dallas in October 2012. Wingate is an investment house that has its hands in a variety of industries.
