Alpharetta, Georgia-based paper products manufacturer Neenah Paper announces it has signed an agreement to acquire the Netherlands-based Coldenhove Papier, a supplier of paper products including digital transfer used in dye-sub printing applications.

Coldenhove has annual sales of more than $45 million, according to its new parent company. The purchase price is expected to be approximately $45 million, subject to any final closing adjustments.

“This acquisition adds to our technical products portfolio with products, technologies and a customer base that nicely complement our existing digital transfer business, further accelerating our participation in profitable growing markets,” says John O’Donnell, Neenah’s CEO.
