BARNSLEY, England-MagnaColours makes two senior appointments at its United Kingdom and U.S. branches. The company names Ivan Cossio as business development manager for the Americas and Robert Cole as commercial director for the United Kingdom.

Cossio comes to his position with three decades of experience in the textile screen-printing industry. Prior to his appointment, he managed sales for 12 years at the PolyOne Corporation for its Wilflex line in Latin American markets from 2002-2014. More recently, Cossio served as regional manager for The M&R Companies’ territories in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Bangladesh. Cossio’s appointment also marks MagnaColours’ first investment in the Americas.

Cole joins MagnaColours with a career that spans several industries affiliated with digital textile and chemical products. He holds experience in management, marketing, product development, operations, business development, and technical services. As the commercial director, Cole is responsible for strategic sales management, technical support, and marketing activities.

“We’re thrilled to welcome both Ivan and Robert, who each bring with them vast yet complimentary [sic] experience which will be invaluable in helping drive our business forward and support our expansion plans,” comments Helen Parry, managing director of MagnaColours. “With Ivan and Robert on board, we’ll be able to put increased focus on developing our customer base whilst exploring opportunities in the digital sector.”

Cossio and Cole’s appointments come as the organization continues to grow its workforce. In August 2017, the company added new staff to its technical team.
