A4, a manufacturer of sportswear and team uniforms, appoints Troy Brockwell as its new vice president of national sales and promotes David Hill to vice president of national accounts.
Brockwell comes to A4 with 30 years of experience, most recently as the national sales manager for TSF Sportswear, which was recently acquired by S&S Activewear. Prior to TSF, he worked as vice president of sales at Virginia Tees.
Hill is an industry veteran with extensive sales experience coming from stints at Wilson, Nike, and Rawlings. Most recently, for the past 2.5 years, Hill has managed A4 accounts in the Southwest U.S.

Cap America adds Joel Krane to its sales team as national sales manager. Krane works alongside current NSM Lauren Allen to help establish, maintain, and grow sales within the company’s promotional division.
Krane has 30 years of experience in the promotional industry, working in sales on both the distributor and supplier sides of the business.
He reports to VP of Sales Grace Schettler, who states, “Joel has a diverse background working in the promotional products industry, and that experience will make him a valuable asset to our team. We’re excited to have him on board as the newest member of our growing sales team.”
Fully Promoted, a branded products and marketing services franchise, grows its promotional team with the addition of Kevin Davydov as its new marketing manager.
Davydov brings a background in corporate marketing to the role and has managed campaigns at international and local levels. He leads Fully Promoted in streamlining the marketing efforts at all of its franchise locations worldwide.

Nazdar Ink Technologies, a manufacturer of screen printing and digital inkjet inks, appoints Mariusz Fronia as its territory manager for Eastern Europe.
Based in Poland, Fronia is responsible for providing technical support, creative problem-solving strategies, and the latest information on new and existing Nazdar products to distributors and direct accounts throughout the region.
