Heat Transfer Warehouse hires Mitchell Ruebke as a customer service representative. He is responsible for communicating with customers about their orders, checking orders for fraud, and following up with customers after trade shows.
“I enjoy talking to different people throughout the country on a day-to-day basis,” Ruebke says, reflecting on his new role.
Ruebke is no stranger to Heat Transfer Warehouse. Previously, he worked part-time in the warehouse while attending school for business administration. He explains, “After I graduated college, I moved to a full-time position elsewhere, but then I heard that (Heat Transfer Warehouse) had a full-time position available, so I came back.”
When asked why he chose to return to the company after five months away, Ruebke responds, “I liked the culture the business had and the people I had worked with.”
Looking ahead, Ruebke says, “I hope to create an overall better customer experience, and also create more sales opportunities with new and existing customers to grow the company as quickly and efficiently as possible.”
