This featured project comes to us from Printed Pixel of South Amboy, New Jersey, a full-service sign, graphics and wraps shop that was founded in 2012.

“The client approached us after seeing some of our work and was looking to have some replacement graphics done on a trailer that had seen better days,” says George Kern of Printed Pixel.

“The troop uses this trailer to haul their gear to various campouts, jamborees and community service projectsso we wanted to give them something that they would be proud to show up with.”

Kern did the design, and the wrap was fabricated by James Kennedy. The wrap features Avery Dennison 1005EZ RS with DOL1360 Laminate and was printed on an HP Latex 850 and laminated on a SEAL 62 Pro.

It was designed using My Measures Pro (App), Adobe Photoshop CC 2017, Adobe Illustrator CC 2017 and used an ONYX ProductionHouse RIP. For the color management, they used X-Rite Ci64 and GMG ColorPlugin; and for the fonts they used Extensis Suitcase Fusion and Extensis Portfolio.
