A stucco-covered lighthouse nine stories high isn't the easiest install.

You’ve heard of the Green Jacket, which the world’s best golfers are competing for this weekend? At the RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing golf tournament, golfers compete for the plaid jacket.

The Hilton Head, South Carolina golf tournament celebrated its 50th anniversary in February,  and in honor of that landmark achievement the Harbour Town Lighthouse, which overlooks the 18th hole at the Harbour Town Golf Links, site of the annual PGA event, was decked out in a plaid design done by Savannah’s The Kennickell Group, with the installation completed by Who Did That!?! of Charlotte, North Carolina.

Kennickell used ORAJET 3954 Brick Stone vinyl, made by ORAFOL Americas, which is based in Savannah, for the project, which proved particularly tricky because the exterior of the lighthouse is stucco.

The tournament was held in February. Click here to read the story from local news outlet The Island Packet.
