Make48, Epilog

Epilog Laser is sponsoring Make48, a maker movement event competition at the Kansas City Art Institute October 28-30, with a monetary donation.

In collaboration with the Kansas City Art Institute, Make48 KC is a 48-hour invent-a-thon by teams who come together to design and create products to solve real world problems.

Epilog donated lasers for the teams’ use at the last Make48 competition held in Washington D.C. in June. “We’re not loaning equipment this time because the (Kansas City Art Institute) already has two of our lasers,” Epilog Marketing Specialist Amy Dallman says. “We sponsored (the event) monetarily this time because we feel it’s very important to stay connected to and show our support for the maker movement.”
