Egan Sign Hires Three New Team Members

Wyomissing, Pennsylvania-based Egan Sign, a national sign company specializing in branding and rebranding, announces the hiring of two new project coordinators and a graphic designer.

Andrew Ross joins the company as a graphic designer. He spent the past three years as a design engineer at L & H Companies in Reading, Pennsylvania, where he was responsible for creating fabrication drawings, art files, and design drawings to meet manufacturing requirements. Ross is a graduate of Berks Technical Institute in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, where he specialized in drafting technology.

Jessica Paladino joins Egan Sign as a project coordinator. Bringing a background in customer service and account management, Paladino will work closely with senior project managers to ensure the scope and direction of each project is on schedule and on budget. In her most recent position, Paladino served as client implementation leader at TRIOSE Inc.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications from Kutztown University in Kutztown, Pennsylvania.

And Devon Loose joins Egan Sign as a project coordinator. With over five years of professional experience in account management and sales support, Loose will be responsible for directing and organizing ongoing project activities.  Most recently, she served as senior sales support coordinator at LearnQuest in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and Spanish from Albright College.

“Increasing staff within the project management and design functions is an identified objective of Egan Sign’s five-year growth plan,” says John Dever, company president.  “We are excited to have Andrew, Jessica, and Devon on board.”

Recently, Egan Sign was ranked ninth in the Greater Reading (Pennsylvania) Chamber of Commerce Top 50 Businesses.
