ColDesi announces updates to its recent merger with fellow Tampa company Pantograms. The company says it is currently on track to utilize both organizations’ campuses and consolidate resources.
“This makes a dual campus strategy the perfect way to serve our customers better,” says Mark Stephenson, director of marketing at ColDesi. “Each building is in the process of being repurposed, remodeled, and retrofitted to provide maximum value and convenience.”
The structure of the merger includes the following changes:
- ColDesi’s original Westshore campus transitions into the support department for all products. This location also hosts in-house demonstrations of apparel decoration equipment, as well as webinars and pre-shipment testing and certification.
- The Dale Marbry campus maintains the Pantograms name on the building, with the addition of ColDesi and Colman and Company. This facility acts as the organization’s training department.
- Colman and Company remains the supply arm of ColDesi. With the merger, Colman absorbs Emb Supplies, providing buyers with a single location to purchase products.
In addition to facility transitions, the company says it plans to add additional staff to accommodate demand and serve its existing customers.
